Cloverlay - Conshohocken

This 7,750 SF project, situated on the 16th floor of 161 Washington Street, underwent a transformative renovation under DiMino Construction. Originally a warm dark shell, it was converted into the headquarters for Cloverlay, a Capital Equity Firm.
​
The space boasts open ceiling features with acoustic sound bars at work station areas and acoustic ceilings in common corridors and private offices. Glass wall systems with sliding doors were skillfully incorporated to create functional and modern offices. Notably, the common areas are adorned with custom artwork that beautifully represents the various business investments made.

Rothman Orthopedics - Philadelphia

Rothman, a notable project covering 15,000 SF, entailed a full floor renovation that required the relocation of two medical practices to other floors within the building. The scope encompassed meticulous demolition back to a dark shell, followed by the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems.

The comprehensive construction involved the creation of new administration areas, exam rooms, and two X-ray rooms. Additionally, various staff and support areas were thoughtfully incorporated into the design to cater to the specific needs of the medical practices.

C.H. Robinson - Conshohocken

The Eight Tower Bridge project in Conshohocken, PA, encompassed an impressive renovation spanning approximately 10,000 SF. The scope of work involved full demolition, followed by the meticulous construction of new partitions and finishes in accordance with the company's prototype.
Jefferson Health Urgent Care - Philadelphia

DiMino Construction took an underutilized and drab building and expertly transformed it into a state-of-the-art 4,000 SF Urgent Care Facility for Jefferson Health. Within the existing space, our team conducted a remarkable renovation, including the design and installation of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

The project involved breathing new life into the space by creating inviting and functional Administration, employee, and exam/treatment areas. We also incorporated a modern and fully equipped X-ray room to bolster the facility's diagnostic capabilities.

​
The Excyte project consisted of the demolition of existing mecahnical and electrical systems to create an open enviorement for the work areas. This open concept is carried into the private offices and meeting areas through glass fronts and doors. The design is enhanced by polished concrete floors with ceiling and lighting accents that enhance this upscale work enviorement.

Company Employee Store

The project consisted on relocating the existing office employees to another location within the building. DiMino Construction, LLC then demolished the interior spaces MEP's and finishes to make ready for the Store construction. The construction entailed modifications of the existing storefront systems to dreate a new entrance into the space. MEP systems were modified accordingly to accomodate the change in use. DCI worked closely with the Estee Lauder safety, security, engineering and loss control staff during every stage of the conctruction to successfully complete the project.
